Player needs:
a. kneepads from Dicks' Sporting Goods or All About Sports
b. hair pulled back off the face (no bangs)
c. no jewelry (rings, ear rings, bracelets of any kind)
d. long sleeved t-shirt: new players might have sensitive fore-arms
e. a refillable, washable water bottle (no sharing/no time for a water fountain)
f. an "I want to get better attitude"
g. an "I want to help my teammate get better attitude"
